“Music should heal and uplift. I use my platform to share stories of redemption, faith, and perseverance.”
The Story
JVSON is an Afro-Gospel artist and producer fusing Afrobeats, R’n’B, soul, and gospel into a sound rooted in faith, warmth, and sincerity. Since his 2017 debut single “Superman,” he has released over 45 tracks across singles, EPs, and collaborative projects — amassing millions of streams across platforms. His most popular track “Adoration” has become a standout in the Afro-Gospel space, alongside fan favourites like “BLSNS,” “Adonai,” and “E No Go Tey.”
His work has been featured on Spotify’s official AfroGospel playlist, and he’s been profiled twice in The Guardian Nigeria — including a dedicated review of his EP “Melodies n Memories,” praised as “spectacular in its execution and deeply moving in its delivery.” He’s also listed on AfroGospel Music alongside artists like Moses Bliss, Limoblaze, and Eben, and was featured on AStepFWD for an in-depth interview covering his journey and testimony.
Now based in Manchester, UK, and a core member of the LAMB CULTURE collective, JVSON continues to push Afro-Gospel forward — creating music that heals, uplifts, and connects listeners across the globe.
